Whenever possible, we encourage a physician referral so that the eraliest
possible appointment can be arranged for your child. This is often a
requirement in many insurance plans. In such plans, a self-referred appointment
may become the financial responsibility of the individual and their family with
no insurance coverage for that visit.
Appointment changes can be made through MIMA's online PAL system (Patient Access
Link) with your child's identification and password. If you are not registered
with PAL, please contact your physician to get a password.
